Forest officers control all booking processes in Corbett by Indian forest department norms. Please remember that we have no control over the safari zone, safari driver, or our naturalist guide. It is totally up to the forest authority to determine. Though all of the zones have a healthy tiger population, animal sightings are reported in a similar manner.

There are two types of Dhikala safari booking: jeep safari and canter safari. Dhikala Forest Lodge is one of the world’s most distinctive forest lodgings. Staying in Dhikala forest rest houses is a once-in-a-lifetime type of experience, almost supernatural because it is surrounded strongly by the natural ambiance. Dhikala Forest Rest House Restaurants and Foods

There are two restaurants on the site of this forest lodge that provide buffet lunches, and the cuisine is of high quality. One is a cafeteria managed by the KMVN, the state’s tourist agency, where you can obtain decent cuisine at a low price, and the other is a privately owned restaurant with an a la carte menu. There is a general store next to the cafeteria where you may acquire everyday necessities. Only vegetarian cuisine is available here, and there are only a few varieties. However, the food is pretty pleasant and flavorful. Alcoholic beverages and non-vegetarian foods are prohibited.
